TOURISM AGREEMENT

This section does not seem necessary but often the problem of users having to turn the light or turn off the gas or water supply.

Electricity meter
Villa Giulia in the supply of electricity can reach up to 3kW, if this limit is exceeded, the meter automatically turns off the general.
Then you go into the street in April where the panel is placed on the electricity meter, and back by lifting the lever up.

SOME EXAMPLES OF THE REASONS WHY 'THE METER CAN GENERAL OFF:


Causes:
1 You have a washing machine together and turned on the kitchen oven at the same time.
2 Hairdryer with air conditioning
3 Washing machine and air conditioning

Solution: turn off after one of the two appliances on the counter of the general light
I remind you that this is an internal counter of the light and the life-saving (blue) very important to protect your safety and your loved ones.

Important:
The pool has a cabinet with life-saving and can turn on or turn off the supply of light.
For the presence of children or pets it is always recommended continuous monitoring of themselves and for their safety.

Villa Giulia in light of the cost and consumption are included in the price. To protect the environment and the owner recommended the use of lights and appliances in justified.


Counter drinking water for domestic use
Villa Giulia in the domestic water is drinkable, but we do not recommend a food without first heated to boiling water. The reason is Puram estimate due to the presence of limestone.

Counter LPG GAS
In the Villa Giulia LPG is the fuel for heating water. Its consumption is accounted for in the rent during the summer and that is down the central heating. For any closure of the gas can be closed under the kitchen sink faucet a yellow as before warranty otherwise you can close directly from the gauge station. It is always recommended care and safe use.

Important: If during your vacation will be absent for a long time we always recommend that before you leave make sure you have closed the tap yellow under the sink to secure maximum.

Contatore elettricità
In Villa Giulia l'erogazione di energia elettrica può raggiungere al massimo 3Kw, se questo limite viene superato, automaticamente il contatore generale si spenge. Quindi dovrai uscire in strada aprile il pannello dove è posizionato il contatore della luce e riaccendere sollevando la leva in alto.

ALCUI ESEMPI DEI MOTIVI PERCHE' IL CONTATORE GENERALE PUO' SPENGERSI:
Cause:
1 Hai acceso la lavatrice insieme e contemporaneamente il forno della cucina.
2 Asciugacapelli con aria condizionata
3 Lavatrice ed aria condizionata

Soluzione: spengere uno dei due elEttrodomestici dopo aver acceso il contatore generale della luce
Ti ricordo che anche nell'abitazione è presente un contatore della luce e il salva vita (di colore blu) importantissimo per salvaguardare la tua incolumità e dei tuoi cari.

Importante:
Anche la piscina ha un suo quadro elettrico con salva vita e possibilità di accendere o spengere l'erogazione della luce.
Per la presenza di bambini o piccoli animali si raccomanda sempre un controllo costante degli stessi e per la loro incolumità.

In Villa Giulia il costo della luce e relativi consumi sono compresi del prezzo. Per il rispetto dell'ambiente e del proprietario si consiglia l'utilizzo delle luci ed elettrodomestici in maniera appropiata e giustificata.

Contatore acqua potabile per uso domestico
In Villa Giulia l'acqua per uso domestico è potabile, ma ne sconsigliamo un uso alimentare senza aver prima riscaldata ad ebollizione l'acqua. Il motivo è puramete preventivo a causa della presenza di calcare.
Il suo consumo è contabilizzato in maniera preventiva nell'affitto concordato. E' buona norma per motivi ambientali e di rispetto al proprietario non ultimo il senso civico non sprecare l'acqua.

Per eventuali rotture dell'impianto idraulico si consiglia la chiusura del contatore generale che ti ho indicato il giorno della consegna di Villa Giulia. Per eventuali problemi non esitare a contattarmi.

Importante:
L'acqua per l'irrigazione non è potabile ed è ad uso esclusivo del giardino eventuale contatto è consigliato sciacquare accuratemente le mani in maniera preventiva. La stessa acqua non dovrà essere mai usata per integrare il livello della piscina o per usi strettamente necessari all'irrigazione del giardino.

Contatore GPL GAS
In Villa Giulia il gpl è il combustibile per il riscaldamento dell'acqua. Il suo consumo è contabilizzato nell'affitto estivo e nei mesi che non è attivo il riscaldamento centralizzato. Nel periodo invernale al momento del tuo ingresso insieme a me prenderemo nota dal manometro il numero di m3 e il giorno di uscita faremo la differenza per determinare il consumo effettivo e relativo costo. Per eventuali chiusure dell'erogazione gas è possibile chiudere sotto il lavello in cucina un rubinetto giallo come prima garanzia altrimenti potrai chiudere direttamente dal manometro centrale. Si consiglia sempre accortezza e sicurezza nell'utilizzo.

Importante: se durante la tua vacanza ti assenterai per un periodo lungo consigliamo sempre prima di uscire di controllare di aver chiuso il rubinetto giallo sotto il lavello come garanzia massima.
